Contributions
What is a contribution?
A contribution is a deposit you make into your account with Prosperous Financial Services. Based on your daily contribution amount, you earn "ticks" that track your participation. Each tick represents one day of contribution.
What are the different contribution plans?
We offer two main plans: Daily Contribution Plan (31 days) and 6-Month Contribution Plan (180 days). Choose the plan that suits your financial goals.
How are ticks calculated?
Ticks are calculated by dividing your deposit amount by your daily registration amount. For example, if your daily rate is ₦1,000 and you deposit ₦5,000, you'll get 5 ticks.
Can I add more funds to my contribution?
Yes! You can add income (additional funds) to your existing contribution through the "Add Income" button. This will increase your ticks accordingly.
What happens when I complete all ticks?
When you complete all ticks in your contribution plan, your status will change to "Complete" and you'll be eligible for withdrawal or reinvestment in a new contribution cycle.
Withdrawals & Payments
How do I withdraw my funds?
Click the "Withdraw" button on your contribution card, enter the amount you wish to withdraw, and submit your request. The funds will be transferred to your registered bank account.
How long does withdrawal take?
Withdrawal processing typically takes 3-5 business days, depending on your bank. Some banks may process faster during business hours. You'll receive a confirmation notification once processed.
Are there withdrawal limits?
Withdrawal limits may apply based on your account status and verification level. You cannot withdraw more than your available balance. Contact our support team for details about your specific limits.
Are there fees for withdrawals?
Bank transfer fees may be deducted from your withdrawal amount. The exact fees depend on your bank. We'll show you the deduction before you confirm the withdrawal.
How many times can I withdraw?
