By accessing or using the Fastme mobile application, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

2. Our Services

Fastme is a platform that connects customers with independent service professionals (plumbers, electricians, painters, cleaners, etc.). We act only as an intermediary and are not a party to the service contracts between users and providers.

3. User Accounts

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use Fastme.

Account Responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities under your account.

4. Booking & Payments

All bookings are made directly between the customer and the service provider. Fastme is not responsible for the quality, safety, or legality of the services provided. Payment terms are agreed upon directly between the parties unless otherwise specified in the app.

5. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Post false, misleading, or fraudulent content
• Harass, abuse, or threaten other users
• Share inappropriate or offensive material
• Attempt to circumvent the app’s matching system
• Use the app for any illegal purpose

6. Limitation of Liability

Fastme is not liable for any damages arising from your use of the service, interactions with providers, or any service performed. We provide the platform "as is" without any warranties.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms or for any other reason at our discretion.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes. Your continued use of the App after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
